We made an impromptu slaw with our cabbage, and the whole delicious operation took about 10 minutes:
One head Caraflex, shredded with a box grater One cucumber, shredded with a box grater, seeds avoided One carrot, shredded juice of one lemon 2TBS EVO (extra virgin olive oil) S&P
Combine ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate for an hour or longer to blend the flavors. Then enjoy!
